Dr. Parth Kansagra

Dr. Parth Kansagra is a cosmetic dentist, serial entrepreneur, and founder building the future of cash-pay healthcare in California.

A graduate of dental school with both an MBA and an MBS, Parth founded Bespoke Dental Studios in Los Alamitos, where he built one of Orange County's premier cosmetic and implant dental practices. After observing how traditional insurance models limited both patient choice and provider quality, he restructured Bespoke around a cash-pay model — proving that direct-pay healthcare could deliver better outcomes, deeper relationships, and more transparent pricing than the insurance-driven status quo.

Building on that foundation, Parth launched JUV Aesthetic & Wellness, a luxury traveling medspa offering injectables, IV therapy, GLP-1 weight management, and NAD+ cellular renewal across Orange County and Los Angeles. JUV's PC/MSO structure and concierge model became the operational sandbox that revealed a deeper market gap: patients across cash-pay healthcare were saving for care in scattered, inefficient ways, with no unifying infrastructure to support them.

That insight became JŪMA — a closed-loop prepaid healthcare wallet that lets patients subscribe monthly, load credits, and redeem them at any provider in the JŪMA network. Think Starbucks card meets ClassPass, but for elective and cash-pay healthcare. JŪMA is currently building its founding network across dental, medspa, GLP-1, chiropractic, and wellness specialties throughout California.

Parth is also an emerging keynote speaker on cash-pay healthcare models and the founder voice behind "Mind, Body, and Mouth," a talk exploring how oral health, aesthetics, and overall wellness intersect. He lives in Orange County with his family.
